AS PUBLISHED
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Pinal County Air Quality Control District (PCAQCD or "District") portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern emissions of particulate matter (PM) that is 10 micrometers or smaller in diameter (PM<INF>10</INF>) from fugitive dust sources, including open areas/vacant lots, unpaved lots, unpaved roads, paved public roadways, and construction sites. We are proposing to approve local rules to regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA or "Act").
