HOW IT WORKS

Your government. On the record.

See what government did. Take a position. Watch whether your representatives voted with you.

1

See the government that represents you.

Add your address and Civitus shows the officials who hold power over you: senators, your House member, and other offices we can match from public records.

If a jurisdiction is not covered yet, we say so. We do not invent a roster.

2

Understand what government just did. explains; you decide.

Bills, court opinions, executive actions, and spending appear in plain language.

Sage explains the record. It never tells you how to vote. Every summary is labeled as analysis, with a path to the primary source.

3

Take a position.

Support, oppose, or abstain on live government action. Preview votes are saved as yours and do not count toward a public mandate until you verify.

Every verified citizen counts once. Payment never changes vote weight.

4

Verified positions can form a .

A mandate locks when enough verified votes are in and one side reaches 60 percent. Below that, the result is a split, not a verdict used against anyone.

While Civitus is small, the participation floor is an early threshold (10 verified votes in beta; the production target is 1,000). The number is always disclosed.

5

Official votes are matched to that mandate.

When a recorded roll call exists, Civitus compares it to the locked citizen verdict.

Alignment and defiance are filed on the Accountability Ledger. Civitus measures the gap. It does not move the bill through Congress, and it does not claim to.

6

The record cannot be erased.

Every locked mandate. Every aligned or defied official vote. Permanent, public, and sourced.

This is accountability infrastructure, not a petition that disappears.

See it. Weigh in. Keep the receipt.

No party. No gatekeepers. Just citizens and the record.
