DEEP ANALYSIS
INSULIN AND ESSENTIAL DRUG AFFORDABILITY ACT A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "Insulin and Essential Drug Affordability Act Act of 2026".

SECTION 4. PROVISIONS. (a) The relevant Federal agency shall, within 180 days, report on the causes of and remedies for the problem. (b) Targeted measures shall be enacted to address the citizen-reported harms.
SECTION 5. FUNDING. Such sums as are necessary are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act shall take effect 90 days after enactment.
