Representatives ranked by their record of voting against the verified mandate of their constituents. Every entry is a fact with receipts: the bill, the mandate, the recorded vote, the date.
A citizen mandate is the verified will of constituents, on the record. It is not a statute: no one is legally required to follow it. They are accountable for it: the record is public, permanent, and theirs. Abstentions and absences are never counted as defiance.

A record appears here the moment a bill has both a formed citizen mandate and a recorded roll-call vote where a representative voted against it. Vote on bills to form mandates: the roll calls are being ingested continuously, and the comparison runs automatically.

Split results and abstentions are excluded. Source: Congress.gov House roll-call data (the Senate does not yet publish roll-call votes on that API; Senate coverage is a known gap, stated plainly), compared against verified Civitus citizen votes.
